Saturday Training Rides

Kurt's Saturday training ride has been resurrected and will be running every Saturday meeting at 8.30 at Costa in Emerson's Green.

Focus of the ride is to develop form and fitness and develop riding skills. The ride will follow the same 46 mile route each week. It is a reasonably tough undulating circuit with a few nice climbs in and we will aim to average 15-17mph and took 3 hours so we're home by 11.30

Me, Kurt and Matt R rode it last week and all agree it is a tough circuit and was great fun pushing each other to ride hard. Below is a link to the ride on Strava. Any questions please ask.
